I followed this recipe, with these changes: doubled the garlic, used a shallot instead of the onion, added 2 tsp. minced ginger, added 1 Tbsp. chili bean paste, reduced the soy sauce, omitted the splenda and oyster sauce, and used a small carrot, grated, and thinly sliced savoy cabbage instead of the bagged shredded cabbage with carrots. It tasted great – I will definitely make it again.
