I was down 2.2 lbs to 207.2 lbs at TOPS weigh-in this week. I’m so close to being down 40 lbs!

Incidentally, my bmi has gone from 37.6 to 31.5.

Then I went to a fundraiser and ate a bunch of breaded chicken wings, sausage rolls, and two cupcakes, and drank a beer. Today, my eating has been pretty normal, so as long as I keep it up I’m hopeful I can stay down around 207 next week.
