I started this year at 222 lbs for a loss of 12.6 lbs. Added to the 19.5 lbs I lost in 2013 and the 5.5 lbs I lost in 2012 (starting at the end of October), I’m down 37.6 lbs.
I admit I’m impatient to start losing weight again, but I’m also glad to see that maintaining my weight loss so far has been relatively easy.
