I followed this recipe, with these changes: 3 packets sodium cyclamate sweetener + 2 Tbsp. generic splenda + 10 drops toffee stevia instead of the vanilla stevia, added 1 tsp. vanilla, and used regular cream cheese instead of neufchatel. (The original recipe wouldn’t have been very sweet at all.) It feels a bit odd (but decadent) eating it out of a bowl – I think it might be better as a pancake topping. But it’s very easy and tastes good.
