*sigh* It was a weird day. This morning, I swear my home scale showed 207 lbs for the first time. (It’s an analog scale, so not entirely precise.) I had a normal breakfast and lunch, came home from work hungry, and ate a couple tablespoons of peanut butter, a big piece of cheese, and a piece of ham figuring it wouldn’t weigh more than about 1/2 lb.

The other thing is that I feel like my stomach is getting noticeably flatter and I’m seeing a lot more definition in my waist.

Anyway, it’s a week for non-scale victories.
