I admit it – I’ve become a daily weigh-er. I’m not sure it’s a problem – it doesn’t seem to make me feel bad or be any less kind to myself.

Anyway, I’ve been seeing 208 on my home scale for the last couple of days. I hope I can keep it up!

I went out to a bar with friends last night. I had a very delicious pint of beer and shared some edamame and hummus. I skipped the bread.

I also danced for an hour, which felt great 🙂

Now to do more yard work!
