Based on this recipe. This is delicious.

300 g smooth natural peanut butter, or 2 cups roasted unsalted peanuts
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup powdered xylitol (this is fairly sweet – I might go with 3/4 cup next time)
1/4 teaspoon salt plus additional to taste
3 tablespoons peanut oil

If you’re using whole peanuts, put them in a food processor and grind them for about 5 minutes. Scrape down the sides as needed.

If you’re using peanut butter, you can choose to combine the remaining ingredients with a stick blender or in a food processor. I went with the stick blender.

Add the cocoa, xylitol, salt and two tablespoons of the oil to the peanut butter and to process until well blended, about 1 minute. Add more salt if needed. Add the last tablespoon of oil if the consistency seems too thick.
