I picked up some Dream brand unsweetened coconut and almond milk on sale at the grocery store. It’s bland but nice with my hot chocolate powder.

I read a bunch of labels after I noticed that PC almond milk has 3 g carbohydrates (0 g fiber listed) per cup. (I’d rather spend my carbs differently.) It looks like Dream has gone to unsweetened coconut, chia, and almond milk, which has more fat and less carbohydrate – nice.

(I still love soy milk, but I tend to buy fresh soy milk at the Chinese market to use at home, so I’m mixing it up for the shelf-stable milks I keep in my desk at work.)
