I didn’t realize how reliant I am on eggs (or baked goods made with eggs) for breakfast until I ran out a couple days ago. (Yes, the plan is to buy more!) This morning’s breakfast was flax cracker with cheese and vanilla-stevia yogurt made with half yogurt, half creme fraiche. (Decadent, I know, but the creme fraiche was past its expiry date so I wanted to use it up.)
