Chocolate peanut butter bark? squares?

Whatever you want to call them, these taste good.

My scale is on the fritz so amounts are approximate.

60 g coconut oil

120 g peanut butter

4 oz unsweetened chocolate

6 Tbsp erythritol

20 drops vanilla or caramel stevia

Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and peanut butter in a double-boiler. Add the remaining ingredients. After they are thoroughly combined, taste the mixture to make sure it’s sweet enough. If not, add more stevia or erythritol. Pour the mixture onto a half sheet pan lined with silpat or parchment paper. Let the mixture cool to room temperature then cut into pieces. Refrigerate until firm.
