Today, I made my vanilla-stevia yogurt (1/4 tsp stevia and 1 Tbsp. vanilla with 750 g plain, full-fat yogurt) with half yogurt, half sour cream. (I used Western Creamery sour cream, which is only cream and bacterial culture. They make a 30% fat sour cream but I just used the 14%.) Looking at nutritional information, Astro Balkan Yogurt has 7 g carbs per half cup and sour cream has 7 g carbs per full cup (3.5 carbs per half cup), half as much. Anyway, it tastes just as good as plain yogurt for 5.25 g carbs per half cup.
