My weight is definitely moving in the wrong direction these days. Unfortunately, I haven’t been tracking my eating so I don’t know all of what has caused me to gain weight in the past two weeks, but on Sunday I had a bowl of chicken and rice soup at a friend’s house and on Wednesday I had a few baked falafel with hummus, so I have made some higher carb choices this week.

My goal is to start tracking again and to try to get my net carbs closer to 50 g per day. We’ll see how it goes!
