I admit I didn’t read the ingredients when I bought this salsa so I assumed it was a tomatillo salsa. Nope – it contains no tomatoes or tomatillos, just jalapenos. Anyway, it’s delicious but very spicy. I made nacho cheese dip by mixing it with sharp cheese spread and microwaving it. (I don’t recommend the cheese spread – it contains 3 carbs per 30 g and I find it oddly sweet.) I’ve found I really like dipping pork rinds in nacho cheese dip
