I made Mr. Peanut Bread, omitting the optional sweetener and using crunchy peanut butter because after I started making it I realized that that was all I had. I’ll try it again with smooth peanut butter since I think that crunchy peanut butter isn’t ideal, but unfortunately I don’t think I like it nearly as much as I like almond butter bread. (Unfortunately because it’s about 1/5 the cost.)

It turns out that it makes pretty great grilled cheese, crunchy peanut butter and all.
