2 cups plain full-fat yogurt or greek yogurt (natural sour cream can be nice, too)

1 cucumber, peeled if desired, seeded if seedy, and grated

1 clove garlic, grated on a microplane


olive oil (optional)

Stir the yogurt, cucumber, and garlic together and season with salt to taste. If you want to make it extra risk, briskly stir in some olive oil. I ate it with roasted chicken thigh.
