I’m determined to be less boring with my chicken wings. (My standard recipe is to season them with homemade seasoned salt, bake them until the skin is browned and crisp, then toss them with Valentina hot sauce and eat them with blue cheese dressing.) Just look at the recipes I could try:

One improvement I did make yesterday was to line my baking sheet with silpat before baking the wings. Not surprisingly, clean up was much easier and I didn’t lose any of the delicious skin to the baking sheet.
