The quest for a natural sugar substitute is an interesting read. I know that Zevia is a small player, but I’m still surprised that the article didn’t mention it since it’s an existing stevia and erythritol-sweetened pop.

Obviously, avoiding artificial sweeteners isn’t a huge priority for me since I eat commercial sugar-free ice cream and candies, but stevia can be really great value. I bought 4 ounces of 85% steviosides stevia powder for $25 in December 2010 and am still using it, mostly in my homemade iced tea, lemonade, and cranberry cocktail.
