Today’s breakfast was leftover roast cauliflower and lime-marinated flank steak, warmed and served with mayonnaise. If I’d had any horseradish, I would have mixed up some horseradish mayonnaise. Anyway, it was a good, satisfying breakfast.

Lunch was Romanian cabbage rolls and hooch that a coworker brought into the office. No idea if it was low carb, but yum!
