I made my usual roasted cauliflower (break cauliflower into florets, toss with oil, salt and pepper, and roast at 400 until nicely browned). Since I love the tahini sauce I get at a local Arabic restaurant, I decided to make tahini sauce to go with it. It was similar to this, although I didn’t measure, just mashed the ingredients together until it tasted right. I spooned it over the cauliflower and ate it.
