I picked up some of this simply dressed greek feta salad dressing (on sale with and a 75 cent off coupon, so it was only $2.25). Today’s lunch was cold chicken thigh meat that I cooked yesterday, romaine lettuce, chopped cucumber, and the dressing. If I’m feeling fancy next time, I’ll add some tomatoes and some feta cheese. Anyway, I’ve been eating a lot of caesar salad so it’s nice to mix it up.

In other food news, I was actually not hungry when I finished curling today  – breakfast success! I had an avocado, 2 scrambled eggs, salsa, and a fat latte (a shot of decaf espresso with 1/2 cup of heavy cream, heated) for breakfast.
