I’m going for sushi tonight because I have a craving for raw salmon. The menu isn’t online, but my plan is to have miso soup, seaweed salad, sashimi, and edamame unless the menu offers something else that seems interesting and low carb.

Update: I got a small sashimi boat, which came with salad (the dressing was sweet, unfortunately) and miso soup – no rice. I ate the decorative daikon shreds. I also had some edamame, a piece of agedashi tofu, and a few bites of a spicy chicken dish and a short rib dish from the two person set meal my friends got. It wasn’t perfectly low carb, but it satisfied my craving and felt like a good balance to me.
