I only have about a dozen Atkins bars left and I’m going to try not buying more after they’re gone. I indulge my sweet tooth with sugar-free baking and 40 g of 90% cocoa chocolate most days, so I think that by regularly eating the Atkins bars I’m not adjusting my meals to have enough fat to tide me over until the next one. (This morning’s breakfast was 6% fat yogurt and a couple slices of chocolate peanut flour bread. Really, I should make a frittata and try to have that for breakfast more often.)

I went to Shoppers to buy my 90% Lindt bars on sale and they were limiting purchases to 4 per flavour per purchase. I bought 4 at the back cash and 4 at the front cash and I’ll try to remember to stop by later since I was completely out.
