I left work early yesterday because I was feeling ill and today I’m trying to sleep it off, so no TOPS for me. It would be nice to try to attend TOPS more regularly than the every 2-3 weeks I’ve been managing lately.

This week, I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the lamb curry I made on the weekend. I have one portion left and I’m not tired of it. I am thinking of making something a bit different next week – this recipe looks interesting, maybe with diced carrot instead of sweet potato.
