Obviously there’s lots of other good information in this video, but I liked the fact that Peter Attia admitted to eating up to about 5 g of sugar per day, mostly from dark (85%+) chocolate. I’ve vaguely thought about trying to cut out or reduce my 90% cocoa chocolate consumption (40 g, which is a pretty big serving, contains 7 net carbs). But until someone makes an awesome, high cocoa content sugar-free dark chocolate, I think I’ll stick with it. (I don’t particularly like the sugar-free 70% cocoa chocolate I can buy at a local grocery store out of hand. I mostly use it chopped instead of chocolate chips in baking.)
