1 red bell pepper, roasted, peeled and finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 cucumber, sliced

mayo

1 tin tuna

Romaine, washed And torn

Plain yogurt

Lemon juice

Pomegranate seeds

Salt and pepper

Combine the garlic and red pepper with lemon juice, mayo, yogurt, salt and pepper to taste.

Drain the tuna and mix it with mayo to taste.

Toss the romaine and cucumber with the red pepper dressing.

Divide between 2 plates and top with tuna salad and pomegranate seeds.
