I’m trying out a local personal trainer who offers group fitness classes with a groupon for 10 sessions. He also offers dietary counseling. I thought from the recipes his blog that he might be somewhat on board with LCHF, but when we had our session last night he recommended low-fat, high-protein, moderate carb. *yawn* I’ll just ignore his dietary advice and try the 10 fitness classes I bought a coupon for.

He did measure my body fat using a handheld BIA. It read as 39.5%, which is consistent with the last one I did maybe 10 years ago.
