Just so I don’t wonder why my weight is up this week (if it is), this Saturday I had two restaurant meals, both of which were high carb. Lunch was fried plantain, eggs, sour cream, and refried beans with a chicharron pupusa and cabbage slaw. Dinner was breaded, fried fish with a sauce that was unexpectedly a bit sweet. I also had 1/4 sample sandwich at the grocery store.

Sunday I was back to eating normally, but I still expect my very tasty cheat day to affect my weight.
