I often get hungry and eat an Atkins bar mid-morning, which suggests to me that I need to pay more attention to breakfast. This morning’s breakfast was 3 small slices of almond butter bread with butter, a thick slice of summer sausage, homemade iced tea, and a large tomato, sliced, seasoned with salt and pepper, and topped with mayonnaise.

Yesterday’s breakfast was similar, with gouda instead of the sausage and homemade iced coffee with cream instead of the iced tea.
