At the TOPS meeting today, I’d stayed the same (227 lbs, 20 lbs under my start weight). This makes me very happy since I lost 3 1/2 lbs at the meeting 2 weeks ago and after a big loss like that it’s easy to show a gain. My BMI (which, yes, is not a great indicator of health) is under 35 for the first time in a while.

This morning before the meeting I had low carb chocolate cheesecake for breakfast. I’m liking the low carb lifestyle 🙂
