Lavender-hibiscus iced tea

I don’t like the lavender tea hot, but I do like it with hibiscus in black tea.

2 Tbsp. lavender black tea (I bought this at the Chinese market – you could use 1 tsp. dried lavender and 5 tsp. black tea if you didn’t have this)

6 Tbsp. dried hibiscus flowers

2 L boiling water

1/8 to 1/4 tsp. stevia, or to taste

Pour the boiling water over the tea and hibiscus flowers. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain and add the stevia. Refrigerate until cold.
