Low carb hot chocolate

The organic heavy cream I sometimes buy separates. This is a good recipe to use up the clumps since I can add the water to the container and shake it up. (It’s raining and unusually cold for this time of year – it’s weird to be drinking hot chocolate in June.)

1/4 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup water or unsweetened almond or soy milk

2 Tbsp. cocoa

1 packet stevia

4 drops vanilla stevia drops 

pinch salt

Heat the water and cream in the microwave. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Drink.
