I called in an order for spicy tofu (a red coconut-based curry) from a Thai place around the corner from my work. Unfortunately, the dish that’s just spicy tofu and the lunch entree that includes rice and a spring roll have the same name. I set aside the rice and spring roll, so that was fine, but it left me with half as much of the tofu dish so lunch wasn’t as filling as it would have been if I’d been more specific.

My work has a lunch meeting where we get free pizza once a month. It was also a victory that I bought lunch instead of partaking. (I looked it up on fatsecret and the 28 g of carbohydrates in a slice of indifferent pizza that won’t fill me up aren’t worth it.)
