When I was a kid, I loved bologna rolled up with miracle whip in the middle. Tonight I had Yves bologna rolled up with real mayo. Yum! (Fake bologna is also good rolled around cream cheese. I suspect I’ll be eating a bit more fake meat – I should try making my own.) They’re also good made with Tofurky hickory smoked deli slices, although for some reason these made me want to dip the roll-ups in dijon (which I did).

Today has been a weird day, food-wise. Even though I had a can of strongbow at a dance (they didn’t have any hard liquor or wine, which would have been lower carb) I’m still at only 57 net carbs. Having lots of low-carb foods in my pantry makes a big difference.
