I followed this recipe with these changes: 3/4 cup heavy cream + 2 crushed garlic cloves instead of the alfredo sauce, omitted the onion since I’m out, and only added a sprinkle of salt. It was plenty salty – I think that the original recipe would have been too salty for me given that the alfredo sauce would have been salted. I only baked 1/4 of the recipe and refrigerated the rest to bake when I want to eat it. I ate it with a flax cracker – I’ll make 2 next time. It was a great dinner.
